Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. You may request a refund if your order was not delivered, was delivered with significant print quality issues, or if the wrong documents were printed.

2. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for undelivered orders). Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by incorrect files uploaded by the user, incorrect delivery address provided, orders that were successfully delivered and accepted, or minor variations in print color that are within industry standards.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at zoomite.in@gmail.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Include photos if applicable. We will review your request within 2-3 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In some cases, we may offer a reprint or store credit as an alternative.
